Sound is my tool, and the world is my classroom. I found strength in the transcendent tones of singing bowls, helping me navigate through the lows of life, and overcome the challenges of insomnia and depression. Currently residing in Singapore, I am married with children. Transitioning from a homemaker to a yoga singing bowl instructor, I am dedicated to using sound to rediscover others’ inner strength.
